Requirements: A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate and relevant experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high-volume foodservice operations experience desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; computer proficiency including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification highly desirable
