Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: North Charleston Embassy Suites is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The role involves collaborating with the Executive Chef to lead and inspire a talented kitchen team in meeting high standards of taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef; hospitality experience preferred; Culinary certification is a plus; Strong knowledge of menu development, marketing, cost, and wage management; Expertise in food products, recipes, and preparations; ServSafe Certification required
