Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: The Aster Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead the back-of-house operations and ensure the highest food quality in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be culinary trained, passionate about food, and possess strong leadership skills to support the kitchen team.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a high-volume culinary setting; Culinary trained with the ability to manage all stations on the line; Stable work history and leadership qualities; Food Serve Safe certification; Strong communication and collaboration skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; Creativity in recipe creation; Food handler’s certificate
