Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Landry’s, LLC is seeking a Senior Culinary Manager for an upscale/fine dining establishment. The role involves ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, managing back-of-house staff, overseeing budgets, and maintaining sanitation procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements: At least 2 years of senior-level Culinary Management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic; graduation from an accredited culinary program is a plus
