Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent; at least 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef kitchen management capacity; excellent knowledge of current culinary trends; experience in high-volume hotel business preferred; strong culinary creativity and knowledge of food cost and inventories; ability to handle a stressful and busy hotel environment; good computer skills (Excel & Word); clear written and verbal communication skills; leadership and mentoring abilities; Texas Food Handlers Certification
