Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in a comparable restaurant environment; Greenmarket Expertise: Must be adept at working with locally sourced ingredients; Culinary Skills: Strong line cook capabilities with the ability to lead and execute high-quality service in a fast-paced setting; Operational Proficiency: Experience in ordering, line checks, and quality control; High-Volume Execution: Ability to expedite up to 700 covers per service; Fabrication Skills: A plus (or willingness to learn); Block System Experience: Preferred but not required.
