Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Brandon Wilde, a Life Plan Community located on a beautiful 73-acre campus in Evans, GA, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Executive Sous Chef to join their team. The community is dedicated to enriching the lives of over 350 seniors, providing exceptional service and investing in the future of senior living.
Requirements: Three (3) years experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred; Culinary education or two years of college; One year of supervisory experience; Ability to plan and organize work, interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards; Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance with some nutrition and diet knowledge; Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic; Must be ServSafe ® Certified
