Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: Professional Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef candidates are required to have a minimum of five (5) years of previous culinary experience, expertise in preparing culinary products, coaching culinary staff, and working in high-volume environments. The role involves assisting the Chef in leading culinary functions, following recipes and systems diligently, and demonstrating professionalism, accountability, leadership, and teamwork.
