Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service establishment is required; Culinary Arts degree preferred, but candidates with exceptional experience will be considered; Must have a flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
