Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: Avion Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Team and Kitchen at Hyatt Regency, ensuring top-notch service and operational excellence across various dining outlets. The role involves overseeing staff, maintaining high standards, and driving business success in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with 1 to 2 years of related experience, or a Culinary Degree with 1 to 2 years of progressive experience; proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and company-approved software; supervisory experience; ability to work a flexible schedule; effective problem-solving and communication skills
