Requirements: College degree; 2 years culinary experience, supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the golf industry; State certified and/or Serve Safe; Demonstrated experience and capability in staff management and food; Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure, work flexible hours including nights/weekends; Positive attitude and professional demeanor
