Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented individual to own the dinner food presentation for guests and oversee all kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef. Effective communication with kitchen staff and collaboration with the Chef team is essential in maintaining a high standard of food service at the hotel.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to oversee kitchen operations; effective teamwork and interpersonal abilities
