Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: This upscale establishment is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee the daily culinary operations, including the restaurant, room service, and catering, under the direction of the Executive Chef. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining profitability, quality control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, providing strategic leadership in alignment with the company’s mission, core values, and goals.
Requirements: Culinary degree or related training equivalent in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry required; 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title required; experience within luxury brand/markets preferred; Food Safety Manager Certification preferred or attained within 30 days
