Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Restaurant Associates, a member of Compass Group USA, is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join The Restaurant at Gilder, located in the American Museum of Natural History, offering a seasonal menu inspired by classic French techniques with American influences. The establishment is known for its high-quality dining experience for museum patrons and special events.

Requirements: A.O.S. Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent experience and culinary certificate required; Two years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Catering experience a plus; High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable
