Requirements: Assist in training all employees in the kitchen to perform their job duties effectively; Assist in writing schedules and evaluating all personnel; Maintain open communication between management and employees; Provide necessary tools and equipment to kitchen staff; Participate in various meetings and training programs; Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef; Maintain records and recipe cards; Ensure payroll hours submission on time; Monitor food quality and consistency; Follow approved recipes and standards; Maintain sanitation standards and cleanliness; Assist in achieving cost goals; Promote positive employee relations
