Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: The Kessler Collection, a portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and unique restaurants with a Bohemian twist, is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee the culinary operations of the restaurant, room service, and catering under the direction of the Executive Chef. The Collection’s hotels feature curated art, original music, and unique architecture in desirable locations, embodying a commitment to inspiring places and exuberant guest experiences.

Requirements: Culinary degree or related training equivalent in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry required; 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope and title required; experience within luxury brand/markets preferred; Food Safety Manager Certification preferred or attained within 30 days
