About: Very food-focused cruise line looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join their team. The cruise line offers a unique work environment with cycles of 4 months on and 2 months off, officer status with private accommodations and meals, flights and travel provided, salary range of 4000 – 6000 USD net negotiable while onboard, opportunity for advancement to Executive Chef, and assignments on different ships worldwide.
Requirements: Exec Sous or higher overseeing multiple restaurant outlets, fine dining experience, 10 years or more kitchen experience, able to work aboard alone for 4 months at a time, strong and healthy to lift at least 50lbs and engage in active work.
