About: Shuka, led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja, is looking for an Executive Sous Chef! Shuka offers a unique interpretation of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine that focuses on responsibly and locally sourced ingredients with a nod to seasonality. Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja brings an exciting and dynamic take on dishes inspired by her travels. Shuka is part of The Bowery Group, known for neighborhood favorites like Cookshop, Rosie’s, Shukette, and Vic’s, with accolades including James Beard nominations and top restaurant recognitions. The Bowery Group is committed to supporting small, local farms and highlighting seasonal produce on menus.
