Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to work directly with the Executive Chef in maintaining and improving culinary operations. The ideal candidate will support senior leadership, supervise departmental Sous Chefs, develop creative menu items, manage kitchen employees, ensure exceptional guest service, monitor food production, and maintain kitchen safety and sanitation.

Requirements: In-depth skills and 3+ years knowledge of all kitchen operations; Possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; Experience with training, financial management, and customer service; Proficient in general computer knowledge; A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment; Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner; Culinary education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience; Geographic and schedule flexibility preferred
