Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 4 years of kitchen management and cooking in a fine dining restaurant; ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms; capable of working a minimum of 40 hours per week standing, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds; stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
