Position: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Requirements: Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program; 2 years experience leading other managers in a professional kitchen or similar high-volume food service establishment; experience in managing multi-unit operations; NYC Food Handlers Certificate; ServSafe Certification; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead change management and motivate team members; proficiency in Google Suite; time management skills; prior union experience a plus.
