Position: Executive Sous Chef
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is offering an excellent opportunity for an Executive Sous Chef at the Long Beach Convention Center. The Sous Chef will oversee and coordinate all activities in the hot kitchen, including employee scheduling and special menu collaboration with the Executive Chef.
Requirements: One-year certificate from college or technical school and four years of related experience; excellent organizational and planning skills, strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software; current certification in food handling and safety sanitation (Serv-Safe or similar) required.
