Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology/Management, or related field; 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience; mastery of kitchen positions and stations; excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; applied food service sanitation certification; understanding of food cost and quality; knowledge of current culinary trends
