Position: Executive Sous Chef

About: The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Miami is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join their team as a Manager in the Food and Beverage department. The Ritz-Carlton is a renowned luxury hotel brand known for its exceptional service and attention to detail, committed to creating memorable experiences for all guests through their dedicated team of professionals.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
