About: Great Wolf Resort is seeking a dynamic Resort Sous Chef to manage the kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring high-quality hospitality and efficient food preparation and inventory management.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchens; flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
