Position: Executive Sous Chef

Requirements: 2 years (minimum) of previous Restaurant Chef, Banquet Chef, or similar experience; Culinary-specific education; Passionate about food with strong culinary skills and knowledge of menu trends; Efficient with time management and administrative responsibilities; Ability to forecast product needs, write recipes, and manage costs; Hands-on leadership skills with a focus on kitchen operations; Menu engineering and development experience
