Requirements: Education: College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience; Experience: 5 years in culinary management, 2 years as executive sous chef in large properties; Skills: Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons standards, and culinary equipment operation; Ability to work weekends, holidays, fluent in English.
