Position: Executive Pastry Chef

About: The Detroit Athletic Club (DAC) is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage the Pastry department. The DAC is known for its exceptional service and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary experiences for its members, guests, and staff. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and overseeing pastry items for various Club food outlets, including restaurants, banquets, parties, and special events, ensuring operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proficient levels of pastry and baking skills; experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting preferred; strong leadership and training abilities; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
