The Pastry Chef position at RDG involves crafting delicious desserts, designing seasonal menus, and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence in the pastry section of the kitchen.

Requirements: College degree/Culinary school degree preferred, but not necessary; minimum 2 years in a kitchen managerial role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant; computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.); drive for perfection and commitment to technique and ingredient quality; career-minded, punctual, reliable, and eager to learn and advance; ability to maintain pars and anticipate seasonal/business demands; team player with adaptability and professionalism; strong sense of urgency and integrity in daily operations; Michelin star goal-oriented; stable job history in high-volume and/or fine dining establishments
