Position: Executive Pastry Chef
About: Lodge Bread, a growing artisan bread company with multiple locations, is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead their pastry program based at the Culver City location. The bakery is known for its whole-grain sourdough bread making, milling flour, and dedication to using fresh, quality ingredients for authentic food and service experiences for guests. The Executive Pastry Chef will play a key role in managing team members, overseeing production, and collaborating on recipe innovation alongside ownership.
Requirements: Three years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a high-volume scratch bakery using premium ingredients; hands-on baking and viennoiserie experience; proficiency in kitchen Spanish is a plus
