About: Grand Sierra Resort & Casino is seeking an Executive Director of Food and Beverage to oversee and enhance its food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial success. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in multi-outlet F&B operation; preferred experience in casino/resort F&B senior leadership; must maintain Alcohol Awareness card; ServSafe Manager Certification
