About: Grand Sierra Resort & Casino is seeking an Executive Director of Food and Beverage to oversee and enhance its food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial success. The position involves collaborating with culinary leadership to create unique dining experiences and maintain high standards within the industry.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience in multi-outlet F&B operation; preferred experience in casino/resort F&B senior leadership; must maintain Alcohol Awareness card; ServSafe Manager Certification
