Position: Executive Director of Facilities Management
About: Mercy College is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Director of Facilities Management to oversee all aspects of the Facilities Services department, physical plant functions, and sustainability initiatives. The Executive Director will work closely with the Director of Capital Projects to ensure efficient management of the College’s physical facilities.
Requirements: A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred; A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 10 years of direct facilities management leadership experience is required; Minimum five years of experience managing a large service-oriented team within a large private or nonprofit service organization; 10 years of facilities systems oversight/or renovation of systems construction experience; Computer proficiency in office and finance software, project design, and code standards; Valid driver’s license and ability to travel routinely is required
