Position: Executive Director of Facilities Management

Requirements: A Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 10 years of direct facilities management leadership experience is required; experience in managing Higher Education facilities services teams and physical plant operations; knowledge in systems engineering, building trades practices, capital renewal programs, building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainability practices; demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills; detail-oriented, customer service-oriented, ability to work independently; minimum five years of experience managing a large service-oriented team; 10 years of facilities systems oversight or renovation of systems construction experience; proficiency in office and finance software, project design, code standards, and performance metrics monitoring; valid driver’s license and ability to travel routinely; availability after hours for emergencies
