Position: Executive Director, Facilities & Operations
About: This position is within the Department of Cap, Con, & Fac located at District Administration. The role reports to the VP of Cap, Con, & Fac. The job entails overseeing all facilities operations, interacting with College students, customers, faculty, staff, and administration. Management of operating requests, budget, resource allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key responsibilities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Construction, Business, or related field; significant related experience may substitute for education; minimum nine years experience in operation, facilities, maintenance, and safety operations; experience with CMMS and Electronic Building Automation System; budgeting and staff management experience; strong problem-solving skills
