Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 15 years of progressive work experience; relevant degree; experience in strategic fundraising and partnership development; experience in nonprofit sector; ability to travel to Tanzania and work in rural and remote conditions; exceptional relationship-building skills; strong background in strategy development, fundraising, and community engagement; proven record in organizational operations, financial oversight, and team management; experience in East Africa or similar contexts.
