Position: Executive Director
About: This job is for an Executive Director position in a senior community. The Executive Director will have full responsibility for the operation and management of the community, including marketing, business, and financial functions, in accordance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities cover areas such as Risk Management, Marketing, Resident and Family Relations, Environment/Physical Plant, Human Resources, Staff Meetings, Financial Management, and Regulatory Issues.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Director; current administrative license for the state of the position; demonstrated success in managing senior community operations; strong sales leadership; ability to build relationships with community groups; strong customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to lead a management team and promote staff development; financial management proficiency; knowledge of state/federal regulations; ability to work flexible hours, live within a 30-mile radius, and lift up to 25lbs.
