Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years of management experience in a senior living community; active NHA license in DE preferred, or willing to obtain; BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or related area; ability to work effectively with diverse groups; broad understanding of federal and state laws in senior living operations; effective supervisory and teamwork skills
