Position: Executive Director
About: LCS is seeking an experienced, hospitality-focused Executive Director to oversee the daily operations at the Clarendale Six Corners community located in Chicago, IL. Clarendale Six Corners is a newly built community offering elegance, exceptional amenities, and walkability, with a rental community structure including 114 Independent Living units, 98 Assisted Living units, and a 46-unit Memory Care division. LCS, the third-largest senior living operator in the nation, provides numerous career growth opportunities and is committed to employee development at all levels.
Requirements: BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or related area; Five or more years of leadership experience in the senior living industry; Background in financial management; Nursing home administrator license in Illinois preferred; Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
