Position: Executive Director
About: Franciscan Shore, a healthcare facility specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to supervise its daily operations. The organization is committed to providing residents with dignified, respectful, and compassionate care in a supportive environment that values teamwork and inclusivity.
Requirements: 4-5 years of Assisted Living and Memory Care experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a field other than healthcare with completion of an assisted living administrator’s training course approved by the department, or 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field with completion of an assisted living administrator’s training course approved by the department, or valid Nursing Home Administrator’s license; Strong knowledge of Wisconsin RCAC and CBRF rules and regulations; Leadership skills; Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, cooperative, dependable, warm, and caring attitude; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills; Self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Adaptability to changing organizational needs and flexible work hours; Maintenance of Administrator license and ongoing training requirements; Ability to handle difficult situations and conflict resolution with empathy and flexibility.
