Position: Executive Director

CCMC is currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to join their team.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, public administration, or a related field; PCAM certification and at least seven years of on-site large-scale community association management experience; strong operational background and understanding of community financials; excellent relationship-building and customer service skills; proficiency in community association laws and guidelines; effective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills; PCAM, CPM, MBA, or Master’s degree preferred; CAM license required upon hire in certain states; ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
