Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; eight or more years’ work experience with increasing responsibilities required; experience managing teams of 30 or more employees required; experience in assisted living highly preferred; hospitality service experience in healthcare or senior living preferred; start-up or renovation experience in senior living communities preferred; proficiency in English language for effective communication; leadership, human resources, and business operations expertise required; sensitivity and knowledge of seniors’ health trends, quality of life concerns, and memory care topics; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite; physical capabilities to perform job tasks effectively; able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
