Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, gerontology, hotel/restaurant management, or a related field; master’s degree is highly preferred; minimum of seven (7) years of experience as an executive director or administrator within a continuing care retirement community, or minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an executive director or administrator in a long-term care senior living environment demonstrating leadership within a health center, or minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership within the hospitality industry, including hotel or resort management
