Position: Executive Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, labor, or related field; 10-15 years of related experience; experience with supporting unionized workforces and collective bargaining duties; experience in global works councils negotiations and relationships; experience in positive employee relations/preventative labor relations efforts; ability to influence business leaders and key stakeholders; ability to build strong working relationships with remote-based managers and corporate-based partners; ability to comfortably relate and communicate with frontline employees and managers at various levels; strong project management skills; strong Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Internet research skills; generalist HR knowledge; ability to travel up to 50%-75% of the time as needed; experience in employee relations, including grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, etc.; excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
