Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and time management abilities; Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service; Knowledge of luxury travel and destinations preferred; Fluent in English, additional languages a plus; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
