Position: Executive Chef | Westview of Derby Rehabilitation and Health Care Center
About: Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, specifically Westview of Derby Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their team. This role involves ensuring all food items are prepared to culinary standards to provide residents with an exceptional dining experience, while overseeing operations to meet company objectives such as budget and food safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale cooking operation preferred; prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required; minimum of three years of experience in a kitchen managerial position highly preferred; excellent written and oral communication skills
