About: The restaurant is seeking a seasoned chef with a background in Mexican cuisine to oversee kitchen operations, menu enhancement, and collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure top-notch food and beverage service.
Requirements: Management experience in fine dining restaurants; minimum 10 years of continuous growth experience in varied Asian dining venues (high volume required); banquet and VIP experience; collective bargaining experience preferred; inventory management skills; Health Department certified and Alcohol Awareness Certified; high school diploma, Culinary Degree (AOS), Equivalent Asian Diploma, Serve Safe Certification
