Requirements: Requires a culinary degree or equivalent 4+ years of culinary experience in a management role; previous experience in high-volume special events culinary operations strongly preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; effective client and customer rapport skills; strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership abilities; ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally; availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays
