Position: Executive Chef- University of Nebraska Athletics
About: Aramark, a leading provider of food, facilities, and uniform services, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our account with University of Nebraska Athletics. The Executive Chef oversees chef managers as well as hourly culinary staff, responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. This role offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs, ensuring culinary operations meet production, presentation, and service standards.
Requirements: Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience; at least 2 years in a management role preferred; culinary degree or equivalent experience required; ability to multi-task; ability to simplify the agenda for the team; advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; oral, reading, and written communication skills
