Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF – United Polaris Lounge, EWR

They are currently seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions at United Polaris Lounge, EWR, managing a team of associates and ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred; three to five years of culinary management experience; high volume production and catering experience essential; previous experience managing cost controls; desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
