Position: Executive Chef Specialist
About: Within Parkview Health, supports Nutrition Services in planning and using culinary skills for successful catered events and special operations. This position ensures exceptional customer and culinary services to customers and guests within Parkview Health and community partners, promoting teamwork and organization using exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements: High school diploma; Culinary Arts Degree preferred; Serv-Safe or some other HACCP certification required within six months of hire date; Minimum of five years experience in food service operations; Minimum of two years Culinary/Kitchen management experience, including fine dining experience; Experience in healthcare preferred; Work is performed in an adequately lighted and ventilated area; Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
